Hello Project PAI Community! Here are this week’s updates.
Spotlight on Blockchain Research
This month, ObEN COO Adam Zheng participated on a panel discussion at UC Berkeley about the Project PAI blockchain and the current and future impact of blockchain technology on our society at the Berkeley China Summit.
At the event, Adam introduced Project PAI to the gathered audience of students, executives, and academics and discussed the vision for Personal AI on the blockchain. As more and more people build their own PAI on the blockchain, they may one day transcend their physical form and create lasting, digital twins. With blockchain technology, people can both maintain better control of their data, and also bring themselves more fully into our parallel digital world! The PAI blockchain presents lots of avenues for researchers to explore and develop, and events like these help build key academic relationships for the Project PAI ecosystem.
10/22 ABC Pasadena Meetup— As part of Innovate Pasadena Connect Week, Bhaskar Krishnamachari, Director of the USC Viterbi Center for Cyber-Physical Systems and the Internet of Things (CCI), discusses the importance of a decentralized data economy in IoT, smart cities, and more.
10/22–10/23 UK University Tour — Project PAI will be featured at major events across top UK universities including Cambridge, Oxford, and Imperial College for events and private sessions with some of the world’s top researchers and academics.
11/1 ObEN and Project PAI at UCLA— Join a technical exploration of PAI on the Blockchain and discuss business use cases for this technology at UCLA, one of the world’s leading public research universities.
